What's confirmed: $500 deposit paid via Zelle on May 6, 2026. Term 120 days from contract effective date. 25% commission of all qualifying revenue. One complete funnel build + offer system + AI nurture + ongoing iteration. Weekly strategy calls + sales call reviews via Fathom.

Your Offer Ladder

Your proposed pricing: Buy-In $85/mo, Low $130/mo, Medium $300/mo (current core), High $450/mo, VIP Exclusive $700/mo. My recommendation: simplify to 3 tiers (Buy-In, Core, VIP) for the first 60 days, layer in Low and High after Week 8 with conversion data. Also: rethink the buy-in. $85/mo with week-3 upgrade target creates payment friction. Consider $97 one-time 21-day starter instead.

Ideal Client Deep-Dive

Funnels, ad copy, AI nurture, and content all flow from one thing: knowing exactly who you're selling to. Be specific. Most of your fitness leads come through your motorcycle platform. Don't dilute that.

Don't write 'they want to lose weight.' Write what they actually say. e.g., 'Can't fit into my old riding gear,' 'back hurts after a long ride,' 'wife says I look soft'
In their language, not yours. e.g., 'Look strong on the bike,' 'more energy after work,' 'be the in-shape dad'
e.g., 'Tried programs before, didn't stick,' 'too busy with work and the bike,' 'can't afford another subscription'
Names (or initials), what they came in for, what they got, how long it took. We'll use these as social proof on the funnel.
Helps with ad targeting and content placement. Be specific. 'TikTok' isn't enough. 'Motorcycle TikTok, dad fitness IG, RevZilla, etc.'

Content Structure & Cadence

Per the contract: minimum 1 piece of content per day across TikTok and/or Instagram. At least 3 of those per week tied directly to your fitness offers (not motorcycle content). Your motorcycle audience is a feeder. Fitness offers don't sell themselves to people who follow you for bike content unless you connect the dots.

Daily & Weekly Execution Checklist

This is what you're committing to do. Hitting these protects your contract terms and keeps the build moving. Print this and tape it to your monitor. (Note: your live daily checklist also lives at /checklist with day-by-day completion tracking.)

Commit: Post 1 piece of content daily (TikTok and/or IG)
Per content split. Minimum 3/week tied to fitness offers.
Commit: Respond to every DM and lead within 24 hours
Section 4.1 of contract. Set a 9am and 5pm DM check.
Commit: Log new leads into Sales Tracker daily
Every lead, every day. No exceptions.
Commit: Engage with 5-10 ideal client accounts daily
Comment on motorcycle riders, fitness avatars, etc.
Commit: Attend weekly strategy call with Tyler

Sales Tracking Process

The numbers don't lie. If we don't track, we can't fix what's broken. Daily metrics: leads added, source, lead magnet used, discovery call booked, sales call conducted, outcome, tier sold, dollar amount, TSFS qualifying yes/no. Weekly metrics auto-tracked. Monthly review on the last day of every month. (Your live daily tracker is at /tracker.)

Phase 2 Setup — Twilio + Resend (start ASAP)

Heads up — I need you to knock these out so I can start building your backend (SMS drip + automated email). Twilio takes 2-3 weeks for carrier approval (US carrier rule, not us), so START THERE FIRST. Resend is fast, can be done tonight. Both have free tiers that cover everything we'll do early on. Don't paste any keys or passwords in chat — text me directly when you're ready to hand them over.

TWILIO STEP 1: Sign up at twilio.com/try-twilio
Use a real business email (your fitlyfstyle.com address ideal). Phone-verify with your real cell.
TWILIO STEP 2: Buy a US local number in your area code
Console > Phone Numbers > Buy a number. Pick Florida 561, 772, or 954. Costs $1.15/mo.
TWILIO STEP 3: Register A2P 10DLC Brand
Console > Messaging > Regulatory Compliance > A2P 10DLC. Brand info: Lyfstylefit (or legal LLC name), EIN if you have one (faster), website fitlyfstyle.com, vertical Fitness/Health.
TWILIO STEP 4: Register A2P Campaign
Use case: 'Marketing' if drip is promo, 'Customer Care' if mostly transactional. Sample messages: 'Hi {name}, here is your reset plan: {link}' and 'Day 5 check-in, how is your sleep going?' Opt-in: 'Users provide phone number on quiz form at fitlyfstyle.com/quiz to receive personalized reset plan and 14-day check-in messages. Reply STOP to opt out.' Cost: $4-15/mo.
TWILIO STEP 5: Wait for approval (1-3 weeks)
Status will say 'Pending'. You'll get an email when carriers approve. Don't worry, this is normal. Carriers are slow, not Twilio.
TWILIO STEP 6: Once approved, send me 4 things
Account SID (starts with AC...), Auth Token (32 chars), Phone Number (+1XXXXXXXXXX format), Messaging Service SID (starts with MG...). DO NOT paste in chat, text me directly or use 1Password share.
RESEND STEP 1: Sign up at resend.com/signup
Personal email is fine for the account itself.
RESEND STEP 2: Add domain fitlyfstyle.com
Resend dashboard > Domains > Add Domain > enter fitlyfstyle.com. Resend will show 3-4 DNS records you need to add to Cloudflare.
RESEND STEP 3: Add the DNS records to Cloudflare
Cloudflare dashboard > Select fitlyfstyle.com > DNS > Records. For each record Resend gave you: Add record, paste the Type/Name/Content exactly as shown, TTL Auto, PROXY STATUS = DNS ONLY (gray cloud, NOT orange) - proxying breaks email auth. Save each, then go back to Resend > Verify DNS Records, wait 1-5 min, all should turn green.
RESEND STEP 4: Create API key
Resend dashboard > API Keys > Create API Key. Name: lyfstylefit-production. Permission: 'Sending access' (NOT full access). Copy the key (starts with re_...) - only shown once. Save it in a password manager.
RESEND STEP 5: Send me 2 things
API key (re_...) and your verified sender email (whichever you picked above). DO NOT paste in chat, text me directly or 1Password share.
SECTION 11

120-Day Milestone Roadmap

Days 1-14 Foundation: avatar lock, lead magnet, funnel V1 live. Days 15-30 Nurture: AI flow + offer ladder finalized. Days 31-60 Optimize: funnel iteration based on data. Days 61-90 Scale: paid ads launch when net profit trigger hits. Days 91-120 Lock & Hand-off: documentation, knowledge transfer, future-state plan.
